Instructions

Step 1
For pistachio gremolata, in a small bowl combine the pistachio nuts, parsley, mint, orange zest, olive oil, garlic, and salt.
Step 2
In an extra-large skillet, heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium-high heat. Season salmon with 1/4 tsp each of salt and pepper. Carefully placed salmon in skillet. Cook 3 minutes. Turn and cook 3 minutes more or just until salmon flakes.
Step 3
Top with pistachio gremolata. Serve.
