Instructions

Step 1
Boil pasta to al dente and let it cool to room temperature. Combine vegetables in a large bowl and add pasta. Whisk dressing ingredients together and pour over pasta and vegetables, stir until thoroughly blended. Top with pine nuts and cubed mozzarella cheese, mix until incorporated into salad. Refrigerate for at least 4-5 hours before serving.
