Step 1
Cook the spaghetti
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pan and add about 3 anchovy fillets. Slice garlic clove and add. Chop chilli and add. Add 1 tbsp capers.
Step 3
Chop fish roughly, leave skin on and add. Mix up and add salt and pepper (go easy on salt as anchovies are salty). Add splash of the pasta water. Add parsley.
Step 4
When spaghetti is cooked, add to pan and mix up. Add squeeze lemon. Mix in some rocket.
