Step 1
250g peas (I used defrosted petit pois)save a handful to stir in whole before serving. In a blender

1 garlic clove, 1tbsp olive oil, 1 lemon (zest and juice) 1 x 400g tin chickpeas (drained but save 2tbsp aquafaba), 2tbsp tahini, handful of mint leaves, handful of chives,
Step 3
Process till smooth. Stir in reserved peas and add seasoning.
Step 4
Serve with pittas and/ or crudités .
