Step 1
In a blender add chopped zucchini and ricotta and mix for a minute.

Add your flour and mix for 30 second or until you form a dough.

Divide your dough into 4 parts and roll out each part into a long sausage.
Step 4
Cut your “sausage” into pieces of approximately 2cm then boil in some salted water until they come to surface.

For the sauce, in a pan over medium low heat, sizzle garlic clove with extra virgin olive oil for a minute then add halved cherry tomatoes.

Season with salt and pepper, cover with a lid and cook for 10 mins, stirring occasionally.
