Instructions
Step 1
Put 400ml of boiling water into a jug + add the broth paste


Step 2
Season the chicken with salt + pepper then place in a hot pan. sear both sides then place onto an oven tray + cook in the oven

In a bowl combine sriracha, sweet chilli sauce, paprika + a dash of malt vinegar to make chilli katsu sauce

Thinly slice red onion, spring onion + fresh chilli



Step 5
Boil the noodles according to the packaging instructions

Step 6
combine the broth with 1 tbsp of the chilli katsu sauce (or more if you like it spicy!)
Step 7
place the cooked noodles in a bowl + pour over the chilli ramen broth. top with bean sprouts, red onion, spring onion, coriander, chilli, sliced chicken + a wedge of lime
