Instructions
Step 1

1. Blend beets and oat milk until smooth.



Step 2

2. Mix flax egg and honey. Into that pour beet and oat mixture, lemon juice and mix well.


Step 3

3. Add oat flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt, mix well. Add in any seeds or nuts of choice and let it sit for 10 minutes.


Step 4

4. Bake the pancakes on the non stick saucepan (if you bake on regular saucepan use a bit of coconut oil)

Step 5

5. Top with the toppings of choice and enjoy
