This is the best Granola recipe in my opinion ! I have made this many times and tried many store bought granola varieties and nothing comes close . It has a delicious orange flavor and the texture of the seeds with the crunch of the oats is Devine

In a large bowl mix oats pumpkin seeds sunflower seeds unsalted pistachios salt and cinnamon

Step 2
Melt coconut oil maple syrup and zest then bring to a simmer and take off the heat. Let it cook two minutes then pour all over the oats and seeds and mix thoroughly . Spread on a baking sheet and bake first for 8 minutes at 180 c / 360 f then flip the granola pieces over and bake a further 8 minutes

Let the granola cool then add coconut chips and cranberries . You can also add any other dried fruits or even cocoa nibs if you like . Store in a sterilized jar in a cool dark cupboard and it should last weeks
