Instructions

Step 1
On blender or a food processor, add all the sauce ingredients except for the onion and blend until smooth, set it aside.

Step 2
On a large pot, add some water along with some salt and bring it to a boil. Then add the pasta and cook it as the ingredients of the pasta box say

Step 3
Sprinkle the spices of the chicken evenly on each surface of the fillets. Heat up a pan on medium heat and spray some light cooking spray, cook each of the chicken fillet until they’re fully cooked. Set them aside

Step 4
On the same pan, add some more light cooking spray and “sauté” the onion until it’s lightly translucent,change the heat to high, then add the blended sauce ingredients and keep always stirring until the sauce has thickened.
Step 5
Add the strained cooked pasta to the sauce and stir until the sauce evenly coats the pasta, then add the cooked chicken on top and the chopped parsley, for garnish.
