Ingredients

1 portionbanana
ripe
2whole egg
large
½ tspbaking powder
½ cupGluten Free Quick Rolled Oats
⅛ tspsalt
1 tspvanilla extract
⅓ cupmini chocolate chips
optional
1 Tbspcoconut oil
Instructions
Step 1
Place the banana, eggs, baking powder, gluten free oats, salt and vanilla into a high speed blender. Blend for one minute on high speed.
Step 2
Heat a flat griddle over medium heat. Add 1 Tbsp coconut or avocado oil.

Step 3
Using a ladle, scoop pancake batter and pour onto heated griddle. Cook for one minute. Then sprinkle a small handful of chocolate chips onto each pancake. Continute to cook 2-4 minutes or until edges cook slightly. Turn and cook for 3 more minutes or until done.
