Instructions
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, add chicken and 1/2 tbsp olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, italian seasoning, smoked paprika, and salt to preference. Mix to coat and set aside.
Step 2
Add 1/2 tbsp olive oil to skillet and heat over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Add chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Step 4
Reduce heat to medium, and add peppers and 2 tbsp of water to de-glaze the pan. Let cook for 2-3 minutes, then add in the onion.
Step 5
Begin cooking pasta. Once done, drain and set aside.
Step 6
Once veggies reach desired tenderness, remove from pan and set aside.
Step 7
Melt butter and add garlic. Cook for 30 seconds. Add broth, and cream. Mix together.
Step 8
Once bubbling, add parmesan cheese and mix to incorporate.
Step 9
Add cooked pasta and veggies to cream mixture and mix together. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 10
Portion, add chicken, and serve.
