Instructions
Step 1
First we’re gonna do the pickled onions. In a glass jar put your red onions in, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper. Let it sit while we do the rest or use your store bought pickled onions.




Step 2
In a large bowl add your ground beef, minced onion, minced garlic, fine chopped parsley- For the sauce, mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic, mint, salt and pepper, cumin, salt and pepper. Mix by hand until everything is well combined.







Step 3
For the sauce. Mix yogurt, mayo, mint, minced garlic, salt and pepper.






Step 4
Form meat mixture into balls and flatten it onto your tortilla or pita bread.
Step 5
Heat up your pan. Cook the meat side first for 4-5minutes or until cooked, flip and cook the other side for 2-3 minutes.
Step 6
Remove from pan. Now to assemble the burger taco. Spread sauce on the meat side and top with cucumber, tomatoes, pickled onion and feta on top. Serve and enjoy!
