400gtinned tomato

2 tspitalian herbs

½ Tbspghee

1red onion

3garlic

1carrot
medium

3celery sticks

1bay leaf

1 Tbspmustard

50gcheddar cheese
or mozzarella, Gouda

150gspaghetti
If adding meat:
Instructions
Step 1
If adding meat, cut chicken into small pieces and place in tupperware. Mix in cornstarch, salt and pepper. Leave in fridge for ~30min.
Step 2
Chop the onion, garlic, carrots and celery.
Step 3
Heat ghee in a large pan/pot on medium heat. If adding meat, fry meat first till cooked (8-10min). Then add in onions and garlic, and stir for another 1-2min. Then add in carrots and celery and stir for another 1-2min.
Step 4
Add in tinned tomatoes or tomato sauce, Italian herb, bay leaf and mustard. Leave the sauce to simmer for about 5min. Nearing the end, add in cheese and melt it into the sauce.
