No need for a tandoor to make restaurant quality naans

Instructions
Step 1
Add all the ingredients (apart from butter, garlic and coriander) to stand mix bowl. Mix and kneed adding more self raising flour until it’s a none sticky dough. Set aside for at least an hour.
Step 2
Split into four balls. Roll thin (2mm) with a rolling pin. Sprinkle with crushed garlic (optional). Throw into the ooni for 45 seconds. Turn and flip and do another 45 seconds. Take out and brush with butter/coriander. (I actually brush it with melted garlic butter and coriander)
