* 2 tbsp cooked organic Emmer Farrow wheat berries (boiled 50-60 minutes)
* 1/4 cup raw organic rolled oats
* 1 1/2 tsp raw organic buckwheat groats
* 1 1/2 tsp organic black chia seeds
* 1/4 tsp ground organic cinnamon
* 1/8 tsp ground organic vanilla bean
* 2 tbsp organic coconut sugar
* 1 pinch Himalayan sea salt
* 2 tbsp unsweetened organic applesauce
* 3 dried prunes
* 4 fl oz hot spring water
Garnish per individual serving
* 1 tsp plain organic Bulgarian yogurt
* 1 tsp organic pumpkin seeds
* 1 tsp organic sunflower seeds
* Unsweetened organic goat milk, to taste.
* 1 dried organic fig, diced.

Instructions
Step 1
Boil the Emmer Farrow in a pot of spring water for 50-60 minutes.

Step 2
While the Farrow is cooking, add the first 9 ingredients to a BPA Free plastic container with a tight fitting lid (or glass if you have it). Mix until well incorporated. Strain the Farrow and add to the BPA Free plastic container and mix.

Ground Cinnamon¼ tsp
Ground Vanilla Bean⅛ tsp

Step 3
Bring the 1 cup of spring water to a boil. Add boiling water to the bowl of ingredients and stir until well combined. Put the lid on and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).

This mixture will stay good in the refrigerator for approximately 4-5 days. In the morning: Transfer your breakfast portion to a serving bowl.
Step 5
Add as little or as much organic milk as you like. Top with a dollop of plain organic yogurt, diced dried fruit and seeds. Enjoy! Per Serving:
