Instructions

Step 1
To a bowl add, 2 diced tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste, drizzle a bit of olive oil, sprinkle some Italian seasoning, add 2 teaspoons of minced garlic & some garlic powder optional to add more flavor. Let the mix sit for about 10 minutes in the meantime Toast your bread and prep on plate and begin to top off the toasted bread slices with your tomato mixture. Finally top it off with some parmesan cheese & drizzle some coconut aminos or balsamic and enjoy!
