This WRAP was a next level of Very Noicee. The Blackening Sauce is not out yet but will be soon! For now just use your normal blackened seasoning.

Instructions

For The Caesar Dressing

Step 1
Add the Minced garlic, lemon juice and Worcestershire to a mixing bowl and whisk until well combined. then add the rest of the following ingredients. Mix until well combined, taste for quality then set aside in the fridge.

For The Shrimp

Step 2
Make sure the shrimp is patted dry, then season with your blackened seasoning.

Then in a large skillet over medium-High heat, add the oil, once hot add the shrimp. cook for two minute on one side then flip , add the butter and cook for another 2 minutes.

Remove the cooked shrimp and set aside. don't not wash the skillet! not yet lol

For The Wrap

Step 5
Wipe off some of the excess grease from the skillet you cook the shrimp then add the skillet back over low heat. Add the tortilla to the skillet then add some freshly grated parm.

Note this recipe make two wraps so you'll have to repeat step 5. After the cheese melts or slightly melts, remove the tortilla from skillet onto a cutting board

Add the lettuce to a bowl then drizzle on as much of the Caesar dressing you would like. then mix until well incorporated

Add some of the tossed lettuce in the tortilla then add half of your shrimp then sprinkle on some the crouton you crushed up.

To wrap it, fold from two side of the tortilla then fold the "back flap" tightly then roll it forward as tight as you can. ( check video for better understanding.)
