Instructions

Step 1
Melt butter in a skillet and add crab. Saute for a couple minutes.
Step 2
Add flour and mix well. Then add milk and mix well until combined.
Step 3
Add Parmesan cheese and combine until smooth. Set aside.
Step 4
Scramble eggs and pour into an oiled pan. Cook until the eggs begin to set.
Step 5
Top egg with your cheese of choice and then top with the crab mixture.
Step 6
Carefully fold over the egg creating the omelet. Serve immediately.
