Instructions
Step 1
Slice the zucchini, onion, potatoe, and tofu into bite-sized pieces. For the red pepper and green onions, prepare them by slicing thinly.
Step 2
In an earthen pot or a pot, pour in 2 cups of anchovy broth. (Anchovy broth recipe: Boil with 10 anchovies, 4 oz (100 grams) radish, half an onion, 2 medium-sized kelp, 3 cups water)
Step 3
Add about 3 tablespoons of soybean paste, 1 sliced potatoes and onions. Boil it for 3 minutes.
Step 4
When the potatoes start to boil, add sliced zucchini, mushrooms, pork, half a tablespoon of red pepper powder, half a tablespoon of garlic, and add sliced tofu. Boil for an additional 5 minutes.
Step 5
In 5 minutes, add sliced green onions and red pepper. Flavorful and comforting Doenjang Jjigae is done!
