Instructions
Step 1
Put the oats and chia seeds into a bowl and cover with water, leave for about 10mins in the fridge
Microwave Bowl

Chia seeds1 tsp
Step 2
Add more water as the seeds should have soaked it up mainly by now and stir with a spoon to mix it all in, leave in fridge or on counter overnight
Spoon
Step 3
In the morning, add the yogurt and frozen fruit to your bowl and stir it well

Step 4
Microwave for 30secs and then take out, stir the oats and add a splash of water, then put back in the microwave for another 30secs. If needed, add more water and then add your fresh fruit into your bowl, thats it, enjoy!
