Instructions
Step 1
Mix the tahini with lemon juice and 1/4 cup - 50ml of cold water
Step 2
Chop the garlic, red onion, yellow pepper and zucchini
Step 3
Heat the oil in a wok, add the red onion and fry for 2 minutes
Step 4
Add garlic, yellow pepper, salt, green beans and zucchini
Step 5
Put in the kale, lentils and tahini dressing and stir altogether before serving
