Tex Mex Chicken
A tasty savory Mexican dish made with either rice or tortillas.
These can be preplanned meals just put all ingredients except black beans and rice into a gallon size baggie and freeze. Let thaw over night.

1green pepper
1onion
1 ⅕ cupssalsa
1 cupblack beans
2 tspgarlic powder
1 tspground cumin
2 tspsalt
1 tspblack pepper
For serving
Instructions
Step 1
Add all of the ingredients except the black beans to slow cooker

1 hour before finished remove chicken and shred.
Step 3
Add chicken and rice back into slow cooker cook for 1 hour.
Step 4
Serve over rice or in tortillas.
Step 5
Top with favorite taco toppings.
