Step 1
Combine dry ingredients in a blender until smooth

cinnamon½ teaspoon
baking powder½ teaspoon
Step 2
Add wet ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth. Push down sides of batter if needed

Step 3
Add butter to a pan or griddle on medium heat (325 for griddle) and cook pancakes to desired size. When the top starts to bubble or get darker in color, flip them over
