Step 1
Add olive oil to skillet, add all vegetables and garlic, sauté on med heat till just slightly tender. Add stock, heavy cream and jerk seasoning, mix thoroughly into vegetables, continue cooking until liquid is simmering, add parmesan and toss to coat. Serve Enjoy
