Instructions
Step 1
Start by boiling the rice according to the packet instructions and then transfer rice to a bowl

Dice the chilli and onion. Beat the egg and put to one side
Step 3
Cook the frozen vegetables by following the packet instructions
Step 4
In a large wok add the vegetable oil and chilli and cook for 30 seconds before pouring the cooked rice into the wok
Step 5
Cook for 1-2 minutes, then push the rice to one side and pour the beaten egg and gently stir to scramble them
Step 6
Pour the cooked vegetables into the wok along with the cooked prawns and add the soy sauce and chilli sauce
Step 7
Cook for an additional 2 minutes then serve immediately
