Instructions

Step 1
Drain soft tofu and dry with paper towel making sure to lightly squeeze out excess water.
Step 2
Cut tofu in half and slice into squares.
Step 3
Place cornstarch in a plate or bowl and lightly coat each slice of tofu, ensuring each side is coated. Put to the side for now.
Step 4
Place soy sauce, honey, and finely chopped garlic in a tiny bowl and mix until evenly distributed. Add in sesame seeds.
Step 5
Heat oil in a pan to medium and place the coated tofu slices into the pan making sure they’re evenly spaced.
Step 6
Fry each side for 3-5 min until or until each side is golden and crispy.
Step 7
Turn off heat and add in the honey ginger soy glaze. Make sure each side is coated with the glaze.
Step 8
Plate the tofu food and enjoy!
