Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a wok. Add chopped onions, garlic and green chili. Fry until onions are translucent.
Step 2
Add the chicken and mix well for about 4 minutes.
Step 3
Add the tomatoes. Mix, cover and let cook on low heat for 20-22 minutes.
Step 4
When the chicken is 3/4 done, increase the heat and mix well.
Step 5
Once the colour starts to change, add the coriander leaves and garam masala. Continue mixing until the colour deepens. If the colour isn't deepening, add 1/2 tbsp cooking oil.
Step 6
Lower the heat, cover and let simmer for another couple of minutes until the oil separates.
