1 x 15 ozcan white beans
aka great northern beans, rinsed and drained
3sun-dried tomatoes
diced
7Kalamata olives
pitted and diced
⅓ cupcelery
thinly sliced
⅓ cupred onion
thinly sliced
Italian Herb Dressing:
Instructions
Step 1
Into a bowl, add in white beans, sun-dried tomatoes, Kalamata olives, celery and red onion to a bowl and mix together.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, combine all the dressing ingredients together and mix. Pour onto the bean mixture and mix until well combined.
Step 3
Enjoy right away or place in the refrigerator for at least 30 mins to 1 hours to chill. (This recipe is delicious chilled so it makes a great meal prep option!) Enjoy!
