This is 100% customizable to what you have. I have used every meat, every kind of potato, every vegetable… easiest way to clean out the fridge and have a delicious dinner.

Ingredients
4 servings

Potatoes
fresh, frozen, fried, hash browns, mashed, doesn’t matter

Veggies
I used tomatoes, spinach, and corn in this one

Cheese
this is shredded cheddar, any kind works

smoked sausage
protein, but chorizo, steak, chicken, italian sausage, bacon, anything works

Eggs
I like over easy but scrambled or any other kind work too
Instructions
Step 1

Cook everything except the eggs in order of length of time to cook. Add cheese last Cook eggs to your liking and add on top of the mess. Delicious!
