16 ouncesboneless beef flank steak
cut into thin strips

1 tablespooncornstarch

1 tablespoonrice wine
or sherry, optional

1 tablespoonoil

1onion
chopped

1red bell pepper
chopped

1green bell pepper
chopped

1carrot
julienned

½ cupbroccoli florets

¼ cupwater

1 tablespoonoyster sauce

¼ teaspoonblack pepper

salt
to taste

12 ouncesegg noodles
cooked according to package directions
Instructions
Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine the beef, cornstarch, soy sauce, and rice wine (if using). Toss to coat.

Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.

Add the beef to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides.

Add the onion, bell peppers, carrot, and broccoli to the skillet and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.

Add the water, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper to the skillet. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.

Season with salt to taste.

Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to combine.
