Ingredients

Chicken marinade
2 Tbsplemon juice
1 Tbsporegano
crushed
½ tspcoriander
½ tspturmeric
garlic
Minced, measure with your heart
¼ cupolive oil
Rice
Chicken
Instructions
Step 1
RICE
Wash rice 3-4 times until water is clear.
Melt butter over medium heat in medium pot.
Add turmeric and cumin and cook until fragrant.
Add rice, stir to coat, toast for 4 minutes while stirring frequently.
Add chicken broth and cook on high until it is boiling.
Lower heat to simmer, cover, and leave it alone for 15 minutes.
Remove from heat and let rest for 15 minutes.
Step 2
CHICKEN
Marinate chicken in all ingredients for 1-4 hours.
Cook on stove top, serve over rice
OPTIONAL, cook diced onion with chicken
