Instructions
Step 1
Blanch wood ear for 3min.
Step 2
Cook eggs on hot oil until fluffy, cut into chunks.
Step 3
Fry garlic on medium until fragrant. Add in wood ear and onion chunks on medium high until onion softens a bit.
Step 4
Add in sauce, mix well. Add in eggs and keeps mixing.
Step 5
Add in 1 tsp of vinegar at last moment. (Optional)
