Instructions

Step 1
Soak peeled tiger nits in 2 cups filtered water for a minimum of 24 hours. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
Soak dates in a small bowl of warm water for 10 mins or until soft. Drain and set aside.
Step 3
Soak the chia seeds in a small bowl with almond milk for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
Step 5
Allow to reach room temp before drinking.
