1.5 lbstew beef
cut into smaller pieces

4.5 x 15 ozcans chili beans
drained

1.5 x 15 ozcan chili beans
in spicy sauce

3 x 28 ozcans diced tomatoes with juice

9 oztomato paste

1.5yellow onion
large, chopped

4.5 stalkscelery
chopped

1.5green bell pepper
seeded and chopped

1.5red bell pepper
seeded and chopped

2green chili peppers
seeded and chopped

2jalapeno peppers
chopped

1 ½ tablespoonsbacon bits

6cubes beef bouillon

¾ cupbeer

¼ cupchili powder

2 tablespoonschili powder

1 tablespoonworcestershire sauce

1 ½ teaspoonWorcestershire sauce

1 tablespoonminced garlic

1 ½ teaspoonminced garlic

1 tablespoondried oregano

1 ½ teaspoondried oregano

1 tablespoonground cumin

1 tablespoonhot pepper sauce

1 ½ teaspoondried basil

Instructions
Step 1
Brown ground beef and stew meat along with chopped jalapenos over medium-high heat. Drain off excess grease.



Step 2
Add browned meat to a large stock pot on low heat.
Step 3
Pour in the chili beans, spicy chili beans, diced tomatoes and tomato paste. Stir to combine.




Step 4
Add the onion, celery, green and red bell peppers, chili peppers, bacon bits, bouillon, and beer. Stir to combine.








Step 5
Stir in the chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, oregano, cumin, hot pepper sauce, basil, salt, pepper, cayenne, paprika, and sugar. Stir to combine.
















Step 6
Cover the stock pot and simmer over low heat for at least 2 hours. Stirring occasionally.
Step 7
After 2 hours, taste, and adjust salt, pepper, and chili powder if necessary. The longer the chili simmers, the better it will taste.
