1 tablespoonbutter
1onion
medium, diced
1 teaspoonfresh ginger
finely minced or paste
2 clovesgarlic
finely minced or crushed
2Chicken breasts
cut into chunks
4 tablespoontomato paste
1 tablespoongaram masala
1 teaspoonchilli powder
1 teaspoonfenugreek powder
1 teaspooncumin
1 teaspoonsalt
¼ teaspoonblack pepper
250mlheavy cream
Rice
Naan

Instructions
Step 1
Heat a large skillet or medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the oil, butter, and onions and cook onions down until lightly golden, about 3-4 minutes. Add ginger and garlic and let cook for 30 seconds, stirring so it doesn’t burn.
Step 2
Add the chicken, tomato paste, and spices. Cook for 5-6 minutes or until everything is cooked through.
Step 3
Start cooking rice. Add the heavy cream and simmer for 8-10 minutes stirring occasionally. Put naan in in final minutes and serve
