Instructions
Step 1
Brown meat and onion in Dutch oven.
Step 2
Add in tomato paste, garlic and chili powders, cook off raw taste of tomato paste and toast spices.
Step 3
Stir in crushed tomatoes and beef bouillon.
Step 4
Drain and rinse beans then add in
Step 5
Bring to a bubble, cover, then turn to simmer for about 1 hour.
Step 6
Turn off burner and let sit, covered, 30-60 minutes. Consistency should be thick and saucy and will allow time to cook down to serve.
