1 bunchasparagus
ends trimmed, and cut into thirds on diagonals
3 cubesfrozen ginger
4 cubesfrozen minced garlic
8 ozbella mushrooms
sliced
Turkey
Sauce (1/2 - 1 cup)
Instructions
Step 1
Asparagus: Sautée asparagus in oil (I used avocado, maybe 2 tbsp) with ginger and garlic. Toss around but don’t let them shrink too much. Once they start browning, remove them.
Step 2
Mushrooms: Sauté, if there isn’t enough oil, you can pour some from the bowl with the asparagus, since it probably collected on the bottom. Do not shrink too much, once they start browning / releasing a ton of liquid, remove them
Step 3
Mix turkey ingredients. Add some more oil if needed, and brown the meat, and break it apart.
Step 4
Add the sauce and mix. Then add the vegetables back in and mix more.
