Chicken
Step 1
Cube chicken
Step 2
Add 20ml soy sauce, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp paprika and juice of 1 lemon to chicken and mix well.
Step 3
Add chicken to pan until fully cooked.
Step 4
Turn off heat and drizzle 10g honey over chicken.
Step 5
Mix in skillet, then remove chicken from pan.
Rice
Step 6
Slice red onion and bell pepper and add to same pan.
Step 7
Cook 5 mins.
Step 8
Add cooked basmati rice and stir.
Step 9
Add 15 ml soy sauce, 10g honey and juice of half a lemon and mix well.
Step 10
Add chicken back to pan, stir and serve.
