Moroccan Roasted Chicken

Instructions

Step 1
Mix sauce ingredients together leaving 1/4 of sauce for later, pour over and work into chicken. Bake chicken, quartered onions and potatoes together at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Toss apricots and raisins with remaining sauce and add to chicken to bake for another 15-20 minutes. Garnish with cilantro and pistachios.
