Instructions

Step 1
Mix everything in a big bowl

Leave it for 1 hour in a normal temperature (30 °C). If it's cold you can use the oven at 30°C

Extend the dough on a kitchen paper and make a thin base (you can add some flour on the paper so it doesn't stick)
Step 4
Add the ingredients to the base. Some examples: tomato sauce, mozzarella, olives, tuna, ham, rucula, oregano, piña, bacon, small tomatoes, eggplant, zucchini,...
Step 5
Cook in the oven for 7 minutes at 180°C
