Green Spaghetti with Breaded Chicken

Ingredients
8 servings
3Chile Poblanos
1 pkgpasta
spaghetti, linguine, fettucine, etc
1 cupCream Cheese
½ cupSour Cream
Mexican, Salvadorian
½ cupmilk
1 TbspChicken Bouillon
salt
to taste
1 cupCilantro
0.25Onion
2garlic cloves
Serranos
optional
2Chicken Breasts
Bread Crumbs
or Panko, Italian seasoned preferred
2eggs
whipped
Canola Oil
or Vegetable
Garlic Powder
Black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
1. Air Fry Chiles Poblanos at 400°F for 10 minutes on each side.
Step 2
2. Cook pasta according to package or until al dente.
Step 3
3. Place Chiles Poblanos in plastic bag to sweat for 15 mins.
Step 4
4. Peel skin off, remove seeds.
Step 5
5. Add to blender: Chile Poblanos, Cream Cheese, Mexican/Salvadorian Sour Cream, Chicken Bouillon, Milk, Salt to Taste, Cilantro, Garlic Cloves, Chile Serranos (optional) & Onion

6. Add blended mixture to large sauce pan and stir occasionally.
Step 7
7. Bring to a simmer, then add pasta and stir to coat.
Step 8
8. Season Chicken Breasts with Salt, Black Pepper, and Garlic Powder.
Step 9
9. Dip chicken into whipped egg mix and coat thoroughly on both sides; Transfer egg covered chicken breast to bread crumbs and coat thoroughly on both sides (repeat process 2-3 times).
Step 10
10. Fry Breaded Chicken Breast 3-4 mins on each side.
Step 11
11. Serve pasta with breaded Chicken and enjoy!
