Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 F and line tray with silicone mat or parchment paper
Step 2
In a large bowl add all veggies and chicken. Drizzle generously with olive oil.
Step 3
Sprinkle salt and all spices and mix until all parts are equally coated
Step 4
Place on tray in even layer and place in oven for 20-30 minutes
Step 5
Pull out of oven and add cranberries
