Instructions

Step 1
Waiter to boiling point. Add noodles and cook to instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
Preheat wok/pan over medium heat. Melt coconut oil and then add chorizo for 3-4 minutes. Remove chorizo and drain on kitchen roll
Step 3
Add prawns and stir fry for a couple of minutes until pink and cooked. Remove and set aside.
Step 4
add onion, pepper, courgette, chilli. Fry 3-4 minutes.
Step 5
Spring onion for one minute.
Step 6
Add noodles and chill sauce. Return chorizo and noodles to pan. Mix everything up.
