Step 1
Saute onion mix, add ham once cooked. Add beaten egg and half and half mixture. Scramble till soft,remove to a plate. Spray pan with Pam, add 1 tortilla. Add cheese and egg mixture. Season to taste. Top with 2nd tortilla. Cook until tortilla is getting crisp, remove, spray pan with Pam, flip quesadia over into pan. Cook until lightly crisp. Remove, cool a minute cut ot into triangles and enjoy!
