Chicken Marinade

4chicken breast

1 tspsalt

1 tspcrushed black pepper

1 tspdried thyme

½ tsppaprika

1 tspGarlic
chopped

1 tspsauce

lemon juice

chili flakes

cumin
Veggies

2 Tbspbutter

1russet potato
blanched, wedges

4 slicesCarrot
blanched

½ cupgreen beans
blanched

1green bell pepper
blanched

1yellow bell pepper
blanched

salt
sprinkle

Black pepper

Oregano
White Sauce
Instructions
Chicken Prep
Step 1
Mix all ingredients under Chicken Marinade and leave it overnight
Step 2
Take butter in a pan, and cook chicken 4-5 mins on each side or until internal temp is at 165F
Veggie Prep
Step 3
Then add 1 tbsp butter in the same pan, add potatoes and cook until crispy, then add all veggies one by one and cook on high flame for 2-3 mins.
White Sauce Prep
Step 4
Add butter, then add onion and cook for a minute.
Step 5
Then add garlic and mix.
Step 6
Then add all purpose flour and cook until fragrant.
Step 7
Then gradually add milk and stir continuously.
Step 8
Then add salt, black pepper and oregano and cook until desired consistency has been reached
Step 9
In a plate, dish out chicken, sautéed vegetables and pour white sauce over the chicken
