Step 1
Add oil in kadai and heat it a bit
Add the chopped mushroom in the oil and let it cook till brown
Remove them in a vessel once brown
Step 2
Now add some oil in kadai and add the sliced onions
Fry till translucent and add ginger garlic paste
Once golden brown, add chili powder and turmeric powder Mix well and then add chopped tomatoes and salt as per taste
Cook till tomatoes are mashable
Step 3
Add the mushroom in the mix
Mix them well and keep adding water occasionally according to the consistency required
Cook for 3-4 mins
