Instructions
Step 1
Crush garlic with salt in mortar. Blend (stir into) tahini.
Step 2
Mix a spoon of lemon juice then of water alternatively
Step 3
Fold in 3/4 they parsley (I only used 20gr overall, not the 50gr recommended)
Step 4
Continue adding the water and lemon juice depending on desired consistency (water thickens, lemon thins)
