Instructions

Step 1
cook the pasta according to packet instructions (boil)
Step 2
preheat oven to 190 degrees C
Step 3
in a large dish add cooked pasta, defrosted veges, and drained canned beans and chickpeas, cans of crushed tomatos to cover
Step 4
add in your chosen 'PROTEIN'
Step 5
mix together in the dish and put cheese on top and bake for 30 minutes. check at halfway, and at 30 minute mark, it may need extra time to ensure everything is cooked.
