Step 1
Hard boil 2 eggs and peel.
Step 2
Put eggs in bowl with mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mash together with a fork until an egg-salad consistency is achieved. Add more mayo or seasonings to taste or for desired consistency.
Step 3
Toast bread, spread with desired amount of butter
Step 4
Spread deconstructed deviled egg mixture onto cooked toast. Top with Sriracha and avocado, if desired.
