Instructions
Step 1
Line a large tray with baking paper and pre-heat the oven to 170°C.
Step 2
Into a large bowl, add all the ingredients. Pour over the maple syrup and mix thoroughly with a metal spoon.
Step 3
Pour into the lined tray and spread out to an even consistency.
Step 4
Bake for 5 minutes in the oven, then remove and stir on the tray, bringing the outer edges of the mix into the middle. Spread into an even layer and bake for a further 5 minutes or until fairly evenly golden in colour.
Step 5
Leave to cool then break up and store in an airtight container.
Step 6
Serve in place of muesli with fruit and yoghurt, or as a pancake topper.
